This Privacy Policy explains how PositionSEO ("we", "us", or "our"), operated through https://positionseo.com, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our SEO rank tracking and reporting platform (the "Service"). 1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), language preferences, and account settings.
Project and usage data: website domains, keywords, ranking configurations, report settings, and other data you enter into the Service.
Google account connection data: OAuth tokens, connected Google account email, authorized scopes, and API data retrieved from Google services you connect.
Support and inquiry data: information you submit through contact forms or support requests.

3. Google User Data

If you choose to connect a Google account, PositionSEO uses Google OAuth 2.0 to request access to certain Google user data. We only access Google data after you explicitly authorize the connection. The scopes we may request include:

Google Search Console (read-only): list verified sites and retrieve search performance data such as queries, impressions, clicks, CTR, and average position for use in SEO reports.
Email address (userinfo.email): to identify the connected Google account and link it to your PositionSEO profile.

4. How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service, including:

Listing Search Console properties and matching them to your website projects.
Displaying search performance data within your projects and dashboards.
Generating SEO reports that you request.
Maintaining and refreshing your authorized Google account connection.
Troubleshooting connection or reporting issues related to your account.

We do not use Google user data for:

Serving advertisements.
Selling or renting data to data brokers or third parties.
Determining creditworthiness or lending purposes.
Creating unrelated user profiles for marketing outside the Service.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

PositionSEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In summary, we limit our use of Google user data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the Service, and we do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users.

To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
To provide keyword tracking, reporting, and project management features.
To communicate with you about the Service, security alerts, and support requests.
To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Service.

Google OAuth tokens are stored only while needed to maintain your authorized connection and are refreshed or deleted according to Google's token policies and your authorization status. We may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

10. Data Deletion and Revoking Access

You may stop our access to your Google data at any time by:

Revoking PositionSEO's access in your Google Account Permissions settings.
Disconnecting or removing the linked Google account within the Service where available.
Requesting account deletion by contacting contact@sytech-web.cn.

When you revoke Google access or delete your account, we will delete or de-identify associated Google OAuth tokens and stop collecting new Google user data, subject to reasonable backup retention periods and legal requirements.

11. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include access controls, secure transmission (HTTPS), and protected storage of OAuth credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Rights
